Jennifer Aniston vs Angelina Jolie: We’ve pointed out the similarities in their red carpet style in the past, but now Jennifer Aniston is totally channeling Angelina Jolie on set! In contrast to what we saw on the carpet, where Angie was mirroring Jen’s penchant for sexy black dresses, on set Jen is the one who’s taking a cue from Angelina’s former roles! Jen, who always seems to be playing the quintessential girl-next-door, swapped her basic sheaths for a more edgy look. First, there was an all leather ensemble (which reminded me of Angelina’s insanely sexy get-up in Mr. and Mrs. Smith).

In another scene, we saw Jen wearing the same Balenciaga jacket, but this time she paired it with jeans — I’m guessing we’re going to see a lot more of it, which reminds me of Angie’s role in Wanted. Her go-to accessory in the flick (aside from her gun, of course) was her leather jacket.

Is Jen trying to shed her girl-next-door image? Is she hoping to land an edgier role, like the type Angelina usually plays, or is it merely just another coincidence? Maybe it is just a coincidence, but regardless of what you might say, there’s no denying the fact that Angie’s style on the carpet really seems too close to Jen’s for comfort.
