Jennifer Aniston has long moved past the media drama between her and "Brangelina."Currently in New York promoting her short film in Five, addressing the impact of breast cancer, she talked openly about the short film, which she directed, and shunned any comments regarding Brad Pitt's comments that suggested, although he denied it, that Aniston was boring.

“It was like a dream come true, honestly, and such an important piece that we all were invested in,” Aniston, who is also one of the executive producers on the film project, told Access Hollywood. “It was like working with, not only our best friends, but they’re also incredible producers, and all of us coming together. We just can’t believe that we’re actually here. It’s amazing.”
She says after taking on the role of director rather than actress, she'd love to do more. “Sure hope so,” Jennifer said of directing again in the future. “That’s the plan. I’m not sure what or when or where, but yes.”
Not part of the plan? Moving to New York or talking about ex-husband Brad Pitt. Aniston has been seen recently around New York City with boyfriend Justin Theroux, but she says it's not permanent. “It’s literally like a month or two, just bits and pieces here. LA is really where work is," she added of being in New York. "But I just had to have a little place to lay my head.”
Aniston was recently mentioned in Brad Pitt's comments about his marriage, but Aniston isn't letting it get to her. “Oh, lord, it’s not even worth discussing on a night like this,” she said regarding his comments.
