Celebrity yogis Madonna and Ricky Martin have been photographed, interviewed and questioned about their love and practice of yoga and now add Golden Globe winner, Jennifer Aniston, to the mat.
According to reports, Aniston uses yoga to "quiet her mind" and "lean her out" and takes a practice for two hours every other day.

Aniston has been credited with having the most desirable body in Hollywodd and passes the credit on to yoga and trainers Mark Blanchard, creator of The Sedona Experience DVD and Mandy Ingber. To get Aniston's yoga workout, click here.

At 40 years old,  Aniston has said publicly that yoga keeps her to par. And while she did tell reporters at People Magazine her favorite poses were a mix between child's pose and tree pose, Aniston reportedly does more than just rest and balance on her mat. Aniston has been said to practice an Iyengar-based Hatha yoga, which focuses on alignment, breath and inner awareness through asana. Reports Jacki Donaldson, "Sun salutations and basic poses likes half-moon, standing splits and pigeon have given her primo results."

But it's not all about a good looking physique for Aniston. “I was crying through moves,” Aniston told Self magazine after taking up yoga last year. “It’s good to get that stuff out. You feel like you’re having a therapy session, a workout and a meditation at the same time.”
