There appears to have been a few rumors surfacing online over the past few weeks, which have suggested that former “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston was doing the “baby food diet.” However, Aniston denies using such a diet and says she eats solid food.
Tracy Anderson – a personal trainer for Gwyneth Paltrow – has reportedly been putting some celebrities on her controversial diet of 14 jars of baby food a day. And with Jen in Hawaii filming her new movie, some speculated she was trying to lose a few pounds.
Bu according to a report at rightpundits.com, Aniston – whose new movie is called “Just Go With It,” out in 2011 –insists that she has never participated in the cleansing diet. In fact, the actress claims that she has never even worked directly with Tracy Anderson.
Speaking to people.com recently, Jennifer said that she has had people asking her about the “baby food diet” recently. Her reply was: “Sorry, but the last time I had baby food, I believe I was 1. I’ve been on solid foods for about 40 years now.”
